Harmony Dance Center 2011/2012 Policies:
Class start date: September 6, 2011
(classes run from September to May)

Tuition Payments
Tuition is due by the 1st class day of each month.
Late fee of $15.00 will be assessed after the 10th of each month.
Returned check fee $25.00
Payments can be made through paypal, Mail to PO Box, or dropped off in tuition box at the studio.

Dress Code:
Ages 3-5 pink leotard (Eurotard 1043) and pink tights
Ages6-8 black leotard (Eurotard 1043) and pink transition tights
Ages 9 and up black leotard (Capezio CC202 for adult and CC202C for children) and pink transition tights
Hair needs to be pulled back and secured in a bun
Do not wear jewelry, bracelets, or Silly Bandz to class. Small earrings are okay

Dance Shoes:
Pink ballet shoes, Black Tap shoes, Black Jazz shoes, and Foot Undies for modern (Lebo’s in Monroe has all dance supplies)
Ballet shoes need to have strings tied in knot, trimmed and tucked inside of shoe. Dance shoes should never be worn outside.
When entering the building and exiting all students are required to wear street clothes over their leotards and tights.

2011-2012 Holidays (Studio will be closed to observe the following holidays)
Thanksgiving Break: November 20-27
Christmas Break: December 17-January 1
Spring Break: April 7-14

We are not closed on teacher workdays. For inclement weather the studio will be closed when the Union County Public Schools and/or Charlotte Mecklenburg schools are closed.

Classroom and Lobby Etiquette
No running in the facility.
No talking in classroom. We ask parents to please be quiet while child is taking class. If you have other children waiting please supervise and do not let them run.
